TEMPLE SERIES # 1 - ZIGGURAT
This box is a recreation of the famous Ziggurat of Ur, still extant as an impressive ruin in the middle of Iraq, and one of the earliest examples of true fantasy architecture. I couldn't resist its incredible crossing stairways and its half-temple/half-fortress aspect.
This image shows the box with the bottom drawer partially open. The middle and top sections of the box also lift off to reveal trays lined with silk.
