Figured Cherry and Curly English Maple
Three compartments. To emphasize the symmetry of this strangely beautiful temple, I left out the attached community hall and made the box the same on all fronts.The central roof lifts off to uncover the
first compartment. Then the entire roof lifts off to uncover a large tray,
which lifts out to uncover the bottom compartment which is divided into
squares. The bottom two compartments are lined with velvet.
